About the Opportunity

CliniLaunch Research Institute and Win in Life Academy are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ORM Executive – PR & Influencer Marketing to strengthen our online reputation, enhance brand credibility, and expand our digital presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), Public Relations (PR), and Influencer Marketing, with the ability to manage customer feedback, build positive brand sentiment, coordinate media activities, and execute impactful influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

• Monitor and manage Google Reviews, social media comments, online feedback, and brand mentions across relevant platforms.
• Respond to positive and negative reviews professionally and ensure timely resolution of customer and student concerns.
• Develop strategies to improve Google ratings, encourage genuine customer reviews, and strengthen overall brand sentiment.
• Monitor competitor reviews and online reputation to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints, address recurring concerns, and improve customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on review ratings, review volume, response time, complaint resolution, and brand sentiment.

2. Public Relations (PR)

• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, publications, and relevant industry contacts.
• Coordinate press releases, media coverage, brand announcements, and expert features.
• Identify PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and industry presence.
• Support media outreach initiatives and track PR coverage and brand mentions.

3. Influencer Marketing

• Identify and connect with relevant influencers in the education, career, healthcare, and professional development sectors.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, campaign execution, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with influencers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Track campaign performance through reach, engagement, enquiries, and lead generation.
• Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities to improve future influencer campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in ORM, PR, Influencer Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Reviews and social media reputation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle negative feedback professionally and coordinate effective issue resolution.
• Experience in influencer outreach, relationship management, and media coordination.
• Familiarity with social listening, online monitoring, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Improvement in Google ratings and growth in genuine review volume.
• Timely review responses and improved complaint resolution rates.
• Positive improvement in online brand sentiment.
• Growth in relevant media mentions and PR coverage.
• Influencer campaign reach, engagement, and qualified enquiries.
