Absolutely useless. Room did not even have a towel, when asked, I was informed that the towels were over. I ordered water bottles, came after 1.5 hours after following up 4 times. Breakfast was crap. No hot water in the bathroom. Staffs are clueless and maybe don't want to work. Never going to stay in this hotel ever again.
