Understand customer needs and tailor AMC packages (comprehensive, semi-comprehensive, non-comprehensive). Prepare customized quotes and contracts based on elevator type, age, usage, and condition. Customer Relationship Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to renew and upgrade AMC contracts. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service concerns. Serve as a trusted advisor on elevator upkeep and compliance. Technical Evaluation & Proposal Conduct site surveys and audits of existing elevator installations. Coordinate with the service/technical team to assess the scope of AMC. Present technical justifications and ROI for AMC packages, including uptime improvement, safety, and lifecycle extension. Cross-functional Coordination Work with maintenance teams to align on service deliverables and resource availability. Follow up on service KPIs to ensure promised standards are met under AMC terms. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis Track competitor AMC pricing, service quality, and customer feedback. Suggest service improvements and product bundling strategies based on market trends.
