Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Independent Director. The Independent Director will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and supporting the executive team with critical decision-making. The position entails evaluating the company's performance, risk management, and contributing to long-term strategic planning. Although based in Hyderabad, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic planning skills Deep understanding of corporate governance and compliance Experience in risk management and financial oversight Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with executive teams Prior experience in the deep tech sector is a plus Advanced degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
