Beautiful concept. Clubhouse is iconic, individual houses are quite modern & well equipped. Good quality of life I guess. But hot paved areas need more shade. Trees that are planted are more for fruits & medicines than shade.

Been here for a visit, the place and concept are really good but what drew me back was the fact that the place has some lake protection zone due to which such development is not allowed, how ever it also seems the matter is with central green tribunal and possibly the area may get de-notified from lake protection zone.
