Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to support our fast-moving quick commerce operations in Delhi NCR. The role involves overseeing real-time order flow, ensuring accuracy, maintaining process efficiency, and supporting coordination across fulfillment teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor live order flow from reception to final dispatch. Manage and prioritize incoming orders within defined timelines. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and packaging compliance. Support inventory tracking, report discrepancies, and maintain system accuracy. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and system delays. Coordinate with pickers, packers, delivery teams, and customer support. Maintain logs, prepare daily operational and performance reports. Adhere to SOPs ensuring safety, quality, and process efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business / Commerce preferred). Experience: 1–2 years in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (freshers welcome). Technical: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English & Hindi. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, multitasking, and team-focused. Preferred Qualifications Experience in dark stores, fulfillment centers, or warehouse operations. Familiarity with quick commerce or delivery platforms. Basic knowledge of WMS/OMS tools and Delhi NCR geography. Work Environment On-site role based in dark store/fulfillment centers across Delhi NCR. Rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
