To search out products that can be licensed from univ / institutes / pvt cos and marketed by us. Collect diverse germplasm from various sources. Identify new technology developed in breeding and incorporate the same in our breeding programs. Collaborative breeding with Universities if reqd. 3 Planning and Execution of Trials Development of trial protocols , formats for data collection and process for monitoring of trials. Plan trials based on segments and market size in coordination with sales team Followup on execution of trials as per plan Planning of tour and time management ( extensive travelling needed ) Orgainse crop tour , farmers meeting , retailers meeting. Provide reports on activities planned vs achieved. 4 Data Analysis and recommendation of products Analysis of data using various statistical tools. Recommendation of products for advancement ( both hybrids and research ) 5 Team Management & Training Coaching of PD team on agronomy , market analysis( segment and size) , execution of trials Coaching the the sales team at State Level for pipeline product. To recruit right people in the team, . Should have good contacts in the industry. Plan team size , Build team and develop leadership . 6 Budgets and Processes. Prepare budgets for trials Development of trial protocols , formats for data collection and process for monitoring of trials. Preferred candidate profile: Total experience in seed industry, Hybrid Paddy is preferred if other field crops also with Paddy is considered

You should possess a Master's degree in HRM with 12 to 15 years of experience in site administration and HR of infrastructure projects. Your key skills should include expertise in labour laws, contract labour management, statutory compliance, site administration, HR processes, and local liaisoning. As part of your job profile, you will be responsible for implementing company HR/admin policies and processes at the site, managing attendance/leave data of site staff and contract employees, supervising labour camp facility management, coordinating with the project team and contractors for labour requirements, and liaising with local authorities for necessary approvals to ensure the smooth functioning of the project.
