Order Taking Team

Please note: Candidates who can attend face to face interview in Delhi shall only apply

Minimum education qualification: 12th

Any Graduation will be preferred

The candidate must be able to speak in English

Experience:
Must have experience of order taking of either walk-in customers or over phone

The experience in B2C business especially bakery|confectionery|restaurant|retail is highly desirable

Major responsibilities:

To attend the inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiry and placing orders

Understand the customers requirement and be alert alternative solutions to match the customer's requirement

Fill in the order details in requisite formats

Coordinate with the team to ensure the orders are dispatched as per schedule

Attend walk-in customers to book their orders

Assist the floor team in daily operations on the floor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
