Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician located in Hyderabad. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and handling printer support issues. Additional tasks include providing help desk support to users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Qualifications Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills Experience in Troubleshooting and providing support for Desktop Computers Printer Support knowledge Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
