As the General Manager - PV Projects, your main responsibility will be leading the PV Projects business in Telangana, with a focus on selling rooftop solar systems to commercial and industrial customers. You will oversee the recruitment, training, and direction of the rooftop solar sales team in Telangana to ensure their maximum effectiveness in sales. Additionally, you will be accountable for various aspects including lead generation, sales, collections, installation, and servicing of rooftop solar projects in the region. Your key accountabilities will include selling rooftop solar projects exceeding 100kWp, recruiting and managing the rooftop solar sales team in Telangana, building and training the team for optimal sales performance, establishing channel partners, conducting impact assessments with existing customers, organizing events for lead generation, coordinating with the finance team for extending credit to SMEs, identifying potential customers, managing project timelines, and collaborating with the technical team for system design and installation. To excel in this role, you should possess 10 to 15 years of experience in techno-commercial B2B sales, preferably in the solar industry. You must have a proven track record in managing sales teams, handling large-scale projects, and key accounts. Strong leadership skills are crucial for inspiring the sales team and working effectively with the HQ management team. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to represent the company professionally are essential. An MBA would be a plus, though not mandatory for this position.,
