1) Role: Public Speaking Coach & Program Operations You’ll teach public speaking both online & offline (1:1, small groups, workshops, schools & universities). From building content, scripts, trackers, to lead engagement, you will be equal parts coach, creator, and operator. What you’ll do (core): Coach: Modules on structure - Voice & Body language with soft skills , that is good Delivery in storytelling. Content: Plan weekly calendar; write hooks/scripts; shoot/trim reels; prep carousels. Editing: Fast cuts for IG/YT Shorts; captioning; repurposing long into short. Ops: Build/update trackers (leads, sessions, outcomes, content, feedback); keep dashboards active. Community & Growth: Reply to DMs, qualify inquiries, book trials, manage WhatsApp/IG comments. Events: Coordinate mini-workshops/demos; collect testimonials; publish case studies. Quality: Design simple SOPs; maintain libraries (scripts, thumbnails, templates). 2) About Orator Labs Orator means ' Best Speaker '. We are a communication incubator . And I believe we can do this better than anyone else. 5) Skills That’ll Make You (stand out) Strong coaching presence: vocal command, physical presence, emotional intelligence, cognitive clarity, storytelling & connection, authority through authenticity, authority through authenticity Writing: crisp hooks, structured scripts, clear captions; grammar on point. Video: basic edits, subtitles, thumbnail sense. Design: basic Canva; layout for carousels; eye for hierarchy and contrast. Ops: Google Sheets/Docs/Drive; neat trackers and SOPs. Communication: English + Hindi fluency; warm, professional DM/WhatsApp etiquette.. 6) Ideal Candidate Profile Comfortable on camera and in-room; can demo techniques live.
