As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Manager to drive growth across online platforms. Role Description You’ll take full ownership of OraSure’s eCommerce operations—ensuring our products are discoverable, our orders are fulfilled smoothly, and our digital shelves are always optimized. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage listings, pricing, and inventory across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Oversee website operations, coordinate with the tech team/agency as needed Run promotions and optimize for search visibility & conversion Coordinate with the fulfillment team for timely deliveries and returns Analyze platform data to drive sales strategy and operational improvements Monitor ratings/reviews and manage customer escalations Stay updated on eCommerce trends, tools, and competitor strategies You Should Have: 1–3 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms (Amazon, D2C, etc.) Familiarity with listing tools, order management systems, and Excel Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally Experience in FMCG, food, or wellness sectors is a plus Salary Offered: ₹20,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
