MyJeep compass got breakdown during my trip from bbsr to Vizag. The Orange Jeep Vizag was reachable very quickly and Mr Narashima and the entire team was very helpful. They took the car immediately to the service and checked the problem and fixed with in time. I am really thankful to the entire team.

This is the best service centre I visited. The staff are quick, responsive and friendly. The hospitality is great which enhanced my experience. My jeep meridian had some minor issue they immediately checked it and resolved the issue.

They are swift in responding and solving things. I needed a brake pad change mid way and Angelina, manager made sure that I have no issues in getting that replaced in a swift manner. Thanks Again:)

Post Covid, the quality of service has drastically reduced. Poor follow-up of parts availability, more keen on pushing service packages than ensuring quality of service being done. Disappointing that Orange is the only authorised service option for FIAT in vizag.
