Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Technical Lead will oversee the development and implementation of refractory solutions, manage technical projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include supervising the production process, ensuring quality standards, and providing support and guidance to the technical team. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, improving operational efficiency, and staying updated with industry advancements. Qualifications Experience in refractory solutions, production management, and project management Strong technical skills in Refractory Castables, Precast Pre Fired Shapes, Ramming Mixes, Foundry Coatings, and Chemicals Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
