Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM – Service Logistics Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in post-implementation support, troubleshooting, configuration, and minor enhancements.

The candidate should have practical experience supporting Oracle Fusion Service Logistics and related SCM modules in an enterprise environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics – Hands-on functional experience.
• Oracle Cloud SCM / SaaS SCM.
• Logistics Planning.
• Service Work Order Management.
• Spare Parts Inventory and Parts Ordering.
• Field Service Logistics and Technician Trunk Stock.
• Service Debrief (Labour, Expenses and Parts Consumption).
• Depot Repair, Returns and RMA processes.
• Functional troubleshooting and application support.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Oracle Fusion Inventory Management.
• Oracle Order Management.
• Oracle Procurement.
• Oracle Field Service.
• ServiceNow / JIRA / Remedy.
• Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting.
• ITIL / AMS support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Service Logistics.
• Resolve incidents, service requests and application issues.
• Troubleshoot service work orders, spare parts, inventory, debrief and returns.
• Handle configuration changes and minor enhancements.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and regression testing.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams and Oracle Support.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training.

Candidate Screening Guidelines

Prioritize candidates who have:

• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
• Direct hands-on experience in Oracle Service Logistics.
• Experience in AMS / Application Support engagements.
• Knowledge of service work orders, parts management, debrief and depot repair.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory and related SCM integrations.

Important: Do not shortlist candidates with only Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Order Management or generic SCM experience unless they also have hands-on Service Logistics exposure.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
