Oracle Customer Care & Billing Consultant

As an Oracle Customer Care & Billing Consultant, your role involves configuring Oracle customer care & billing using tools such as Oracle Utilities Application Framework. Your primary responsibilities include: - Expertise in Oracle customer care & billing configuration tool, Oracle Utilities Application Framework, Oracle Utilities CC&B data model, and data warehousing. - Proficiency in developing applications using Oracle customer care and billing (CC&B) components for utilities. - Providing knowledge in coding using Oracle Utilities Application Framework. - Offering technical assistance to troubleshoot CC&B applications and analyze/resolve technical and application issues. - Writing project documentations including technical and functional documents. - Collaborating with testers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and deploy services/components required for applications. - Working in an agile development team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and independently on complex tasks to ensure project timelines are maintained and commitments are delivered. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle customer care & billing. - Good to have skills in Oracle Utilities SDK, Eclipse 3.7, and Hibernate Query Language.
