Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad and Mumbai and Bangalore for a Full Stack Java Trainer. The Full Stack Java Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security to students and professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating course materials, conducting hands-on coding sessions, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback. The trainer will stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies into the curriculum to ensure students are well-prepared for their careers. Qualifications Proficiency in Full Stack Java development, including experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security 3+ years of experience in teaching or training in Java development Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to create comprehensive course materials and hands-on coding exercises Experience in the software development industry, with practical coding experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles Immediate joiners preferred
