Doesnt matter any Company you join, your experience will be based on ur peers/colleagues/managers/management systems, and after 1 yr my experience with Optimum is very good ,my surrounding are all positives even with management end we have directly contact or we can share our exp and greviences that are well handleded.

Not even worth giving 1 star.. I'm not concerned about this organisation but the recruiter Meghana. P should to be trained well to talk to the candidates before she's make some allegations on them.. Miss Meghana please try to analyse the candidate before you send a mail..
