Responsibilities: Perform inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensurecompliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulations. Utilize your ASNT certifications in RT, PT, MT, and UT to conduct non-destructivetesting (NDT) and identify any defects, cracks, leaks, or other imperfections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and qualityassurance to identify and resolve quality issues. Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overallquality and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results, and prepare comprehensivereports for management review. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent qualitydeviations in the future. Stay updated with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices related toquality control in the oil and gas sector. Participate in audits and inspections by external regulatory bodies or clients, providingnecessary documentation and support.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Materials, or related field. ASNT certifications in RT, PT, MT, and UT are mandatory. Proven experience in quality control or inspection roles within the oil and gas industry. Solid knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations, such as API, ASME,ASTM, and ISO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and identify deviations ordefects. Proficiency in using various inspection and testing equipment, tools, and software. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and communicateinspection results and recommendations. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make informed decisions quickly. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvementmethodologies is desirable.
