The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns Coordinating Meta and Google ad performance with external teams Managing Instagram, Pinterest, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn content calendars Leading shoot planning, creative direction, and festive campaign execution Handling influencer collaborations and creator gifting when required Overseeing day-to-day coordination with agencies, designers, and freelancers Tracking trends, analysing competitor strategies, and contributing fresh ideas Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms Executing WhatsApp and in-store marketing campaigns to drive engagement Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (portfolio/brand pages required) Strong understanding of paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads basics preferred) Familiarity with luxury, jewellery, or fashion branding is preferred Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a proactive approach Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms (basic level) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
