Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of event production, including logistics , scheduling, and resource allocation. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Negotiat e with Vendors for the best possible rates . Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event execution. Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless event delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in event operations or production management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Knowledge of event logistics , production techniques, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
