We specialize in optimizing logistics processes and ensuring smooth operations for our global clients. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Freight Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, a solid understanding of operations in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, and experience supervising a team. In this role, you will oversee freight operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the freight team. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of freight and shipping activities. - Oversee and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with Client to align operations with their standards and requirements. - Address and resolve any issues related to freight operations and team performance. Qualifications: - Proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics management. - In-depth knowledge and experience with operations in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. - Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
