Job title: Operations/store manager

Educational Requirement: High school or above

Work Arrangement: Work from the office

Requirement: Own the tearoom's daily performance and ensure service, safety, people, stock, and guest experience meet MatChéri standards.

· Open or supervise opening; verify staff attendance, grooming, station readiness, equipment and cash float.

· Prepare rosters, approve breaks, conduct briefings and keep a daily task allocation sheet.

· Monitor order times, remakes, guest feedback, sales, discounts, wastage and stock variances.

· Approve purchase requests; receive or verify deliveries; check supplier quality, quantities, invoices and expiry dates.

· Maintain temperature, cleaning, pest-control, maintenance, incident, complaint and food-safety records.

· Handle escalated complaints, refunds within policy, staff coaching and end-of-day cash/POS reconciliation.

· Send a daily close report and weekly dashboard to the owners.

Note: Knowledge of teas, whisking matcha, and basic drink-making info will be taught during the training

Experience Requirement: 3+ years of experience in hospitality management and the service industry.

Language: English required.

Location : Jubilee Hills

Working Hours:

10 AM - 9 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Monday: 10 AM - 1 PM (for restock)

Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 9 PM

Additional Info: Stocking tea, coffee, matcha-based drinks, and speciality coffee as per required SOPs; keeping the store tidy and clean; cleaning as you go; and taking inventory and stock as per required standards.

Salary Range: based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
