Operations Manager | Pharma Distribution & Warehouse

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse, billing coordination, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage staff allocation, training, attendance and performance.
• Establish inventory accuracy, batch and expiry controls.
• Coordinate field executives, retailer servicing and collection follow-ups.
• Resolve daily operational issues independently within defined authority.
• Develop operating procedures, reporting systems and accountability.
• Support management in improving service levels and expanding distribution operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of relevant distribution, wholesale, warehouse or operations experience, preferably including team management.
• Pharmaceutical distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems.
• Strong execution, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Willing to work full-time from Solan. Candidates from other locations may apply if genuinely willing to relocate.
