Operations Manager - Nungambakkam

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned clinic branches and ensure smooth business functioning.
• Ensure all branches follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
• Monitor branch performance, client footfall, appointment schedules, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers, consultants, physiotherapists, dietitians, and front-office teams.
• Monitor branch-wise sales performance, revenue targets, lead conversion, client retention, and package renewals in coordination with the sales team.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and workforce utilization.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, clinic facilities, and inventory are maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor appointment coordination between departments to minimize delays, overlaps, and client inconvenience.
• Handle escalated client complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain service quality.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the corporate team and franchisee partners to implement operational strategies and business initiatives.
• Support new clinic launches, staff deployment, operational setup, and process implementation.
• Track key operational metrics and develop action plans to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with applicable company and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
