Are you ready to lead a team, manage projects, and make a real impact?

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our Kerala operations. You will help our people, projects, and daily work run smoothly. You will guide the team, manage resources, maintain quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in MEP, BIM, engineering, or design consultancy. You will work closely with management, project teams, and clients to solve problems, improve work methods, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily work at the Kerala office. Ensure smooth workflows, clear tasks, and the right use of people and resources.
• Lead the Team: Guide team members, set clear goals, track performance, and support staff growth.
• Manage Project Delivery: Monitor project progress, workloads, deadlines, and quality. Help teams meet client needs and project goals.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that BIM, MEP, engineering, and project documents meet the required standards.
• Coordinate with Clients: Support client meetings, manage concerns, and build strong ties with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Plan People and Resources: Work with management and HR on hiring needs, staff planning, attendance, and resource use.
• Improve Work Processes: Find ways to reduce delays, avoid repeat issues, and improve team output.
• Support Business Growth: Help management plan new work, improve office capacity, and build systems that support future growth.
• Track and Report Results: Prepare regular reports on project status, staff performance, resource use, quality, costs, and key issues.
• Work with Management: Share updates, solve daily challenges, and help turn business goals into clear action plans.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Management, or a related field.
• 812+ years of work experience in operations, project delivery, or a related field.
• Proven experience in team management and daily operations.
• A good understanding of project delivery, resource planning, and quality control.
• Experience in MEP, BIM, engineering consultancy, design, or construction is preferred.
• Experience leading teams across different engineering or MEP functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM tools and workflows, such as Revit and Navisworks, is a plus.
• Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time.
• A hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on teamwork and results.
