Operations Manager - Construction Industry

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee construction activities, manage project teams, ensure timely project completion, and control overall operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all ongoing construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
• Monitor project expenses, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure construction quality and safety standards.
• Handle project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinate with government departments and authorities.
• Report project progress and operational performance to management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in PWD and government construction projects.
• Knowledge of PWD tendering and contract procedures.
• Exposure to BOQ, RA Bills, Measurement Books (MB), and final billing.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling multiple construction projects.
• PWD / Government project experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
