Role Objective

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end order execution, inventory coordination, dispatch planning and operational reporting across Quick Commerce platforms. The role focuses on ensuring timely PO fulfilment, minimizing supply disruptions and maintaining efficient coordination with distributors, warehouses and platform teams.

Targets are proposed benchmarks and should be finalized according to assigned channels, operational scope and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, FMCG, E-commerce or Supply Chain Operations.
• Working knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon or similar platforms.
• Understanding of POs, SOs, invoicing, GRNs, warehouse operations and order fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems and operational reporting.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, distributors and operational deadlines independently.

Role Expectation: Take complete ownership of assigned Quick Commerce operations, from PO receipt to successful delivery and reconciliation, ensuring timely execution, operational accuracy and minimum revenue loss due to supply-related issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
