No Bad Science is a Bengaluru clean-label supplement brand built on one rule: if we can't verify it, we won't sell it. Every batch is independently tested and the results are published. We sell on our website and on marketplaces.

The role

You'll run our order desk end to end. This is a hands-on role: you'll process and dispatch orders yourself, chase couriers and vendors, and keep the trackers that tell us what's working. We're a small team, so on busy days everyone packs.

What you will do

• Process daily website and marketplace orders: verification, invoicing, packing, labelling and dispatch
• Pack and hand over shipments yourself
• Book and track courier pickups on Shiprocket; follow up on delays, NDRs and RTOs
• Verify COD orders and work with the customer experience team on address and delivery issues
• Run stock counts, receive inbound stock from manufacturers and raise reorder alerts
• Coordinate with packaging, printing and courier vendors on orders and timelines
• Manage order flow for channel partners: marketplaces and B2B accounts
• Update ops trackers in Google Sheets: dispatch lead time, shipping cost and discrepancies, RTO
• Flag process gaps and suggest fixes

What you need

• 2–3 years in D2C or e-commerce operations, order processing or fulfilment
• Hands-on with Shopify (or similar) order management and a shipping aggregator such as Shiprocket
• Working knowledge of marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart)
• Good Google Sheets or Excel: filters, lookups, basic pivots
• Willing to do physical work daily: packing, stock counts, courier handover
• Clear English, plus Kannada or Hindi for courier and vendor calls

Nice to have

• GST invoicing and e-way bills
• Supplements, FMCG or beauty D2C experience
• Zoho Inventory or similar
• Startup experience: comfortable with pace and doing whatever the day needs

Joining within 15 days preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
