Operations Executive - Courier

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day courier and logistics operations.
• Coordinate pickup, delivery, dispatch, and shipment activities.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery executives, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and shipment records.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with hubs, branches, transporters, and logistics partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Support the operations team in improving delivery efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Courier Supply Chain operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Candidates with experience in courier/logistics operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
