Operations Engineer – Quotations & Procurement (Entry Level)

EFocus Instruments is hiring an entry-level Operations Engineer – Quotations & Procurement to handle techno-commercial workflows and supply chain operations.

In this role, you will work across client proposal generation and vendor material sourcing. You will interact directly with internal technical teams, domestic and global suppliers, and industrial enterprise clients, gaining direct operational exposure to commercial engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming technical inquiries and prepare structured techno-commercial quotations.

Coordinate with sales leads to verify product pricing, discount structures, and delivery schedules.

Maintain quotation records and perform systematic follow-ups to track proposal status.

Source technical components, instruments, and replacement units from approved domestic and overseas suppliers.

Send out Requests for Quotations (RFQs), compile vendor pricing comparisons, and assist in negotiating cost and delivery lead times.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in any engineering discipline (Civil Engineering excluded). Circuit branches (ECE, EEE, E&I) and Mechanical/Automobile disciplines are well-suited.

Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of experience in procurement, inside sales, or back-office operations.

Willingness to learn technical product lines and follow structured operational workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Net Take-Home: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (structured with training stipend during the standard 6-month probation period).
