You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring the systems, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to optimize performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. Monitor systems and analyze data to identify and resolve issues. Optimize system performance and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Backup and Recovery Systems. Strong understanding of storage area networks (SAN) architecture and design principles. Experience in implementing and managing storage solutions. Knowledge of backup and recovery systems. Familiarity with storage protocols and technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
