Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Gaima Label is a growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) clothing brand dedicated to delivering premium, contemporary apparel. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day order processing, inventory tracking, dispatch coordination, and daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Dispatch Support

• Assist with downloading, printing, and organizing daily customer orders from Shopify.
• Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch team to ensure orders are packed accurately and handed over to courier partners on schedule.
• Track shipments, generate shipping labels, and help handle Return to Origin (RTO) or exchange packages.

2. Basic Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Enter and update daily dispatches, stock counts, and order statuses in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Perform routine computer operator duties, including filing digital invoices, receipts, and order logs.
• Assist in logging returned items and recording their condition for restocking.

3. Inventory & Studio Assistance

• Help verify incoming stock from production units and tailors against delivery challans.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, garment tagging, and keeping the stockroom organized.
• Support the core team with routine administrative tasks across the workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior internship or retail/e-commerce operations experience is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and Google Sheets (simple formulas, data entry, sorting).
• Language: Basic spoken and written English communication skills.
• Availability: Full-time, in-person attendance at our office/studio premises.
