OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Joining: November 2026 - December 2026

What You Will Own

• Inventory Management & Stock Control

Track stock across SKUs, monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment with internal teams.

• Warehouse, Fulfilment & Logistics

Coordinate with 3PL and logistics partners across inbound, dispatches, delivery SLAs, returns and day-to-day operational issues.

• OMS, WMS & Order Operations

Manage order and inventory flows across OMS/WMS systems and ensure stock, orders and returns remain accurate across platforms.

• Supply, Production & Packaging Coordination

Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on production timelines, finished-goods availability, secondary and tertiary packaging requirements and dispatch readiness.

• Inventory Reconciliation & Control

Track inventory movement, damages, shortages, returns and discrepancies, and resolve gaps across warehouse, logistics and system records.

• Vendor & Partner Coordination

Work closely with manufacturers, warehouse partners, logistics providers and packaging vendors to keep timelines and execution on track.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in operations or supply chain
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, skincare, beauty, personal care or FMCG preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory management, 3PL operations, fulfilment and logistics
• Hands-on experience with OMS/WMS systems
• Experience managing vendors, manufacturers and external partners
• Understanding of secondary and tertiary packaging
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Role Scope

This role owns day-to-day supply chain and operations across inventory, warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, packaging and operational coordination.

Demand forecasts will be aligned with internal teams; this role will ensure inventory is tracked and replenishment happens at the right time.
