Operation Executive - clinic

• Daily Clinic Operations:Managing the day-to-day activities of the clinic, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and handling patient inquiries.
• Staff Coordination:Ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing schedules, and coordinating with various departments (e.g., nursing, medical assistants).
• Patient Care:Ensuring a positive patient experience by coordinating care, managing patient flow, and addressing patient concerns.
• Compliance:Adhering to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and other relevant guidelines.
• Inventory Management:Managing clinic supplies, equipment, and other resources.
• Financial Management:May be involved in tasks like billing, insurance verification, and budget oversight.
• Communication:Facilitating communication between patients, staff, and other departments.
• Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staffing shortages.
• Process Improvement:Looking for ways to improve clinic efficiency and patient care, such as streamlining workflows or implementing new technologies.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
