Description
We are looking for a Packaging & Labeling Specialist to manage and execute all aspects of packaging, labeling, returns processing, and claims handling. This hands-on role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks independently to ensure smooth, efficient operations. You will be directly responsible for ensuring products are packaged and labeled correctly, returns are processed efficiently, and claims are handled accurately and promptly. Key Responsibilities: Packaging: Directly manage and execute the packaging process for all products, ensuring proper materials and methods are used. Ensure packaging meets company standards and is in compliance with all applicable regulations. Labeling: Ensure products are correctly labeled with all required information, including product details, barcodes, and regulatory information. Take responsibility for printing and applying labels accurately, ensuring they meet company guidelines. Returns Processing: Handle the end-to-end process for customer returns, from receiving returned products to inspecting, categorizing, and documenting the return. Ensure proper restocking procedures are followed when applicable, and that all returns are processed in accordance with company policies. Claims Management: Take ownership of processing product claims, including identifying product defects, damages, or shipping issues. Investigate claims thoroughly, collaborate with necessary departments, and ensure that claims are resolved quickly and in compliance with company standards. Inventory Management: Ensure that all returned products are accounted for accurately in the inventory system and that proper stock adjustments are made as needed. Track all returns and claims to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear, accurate records for all packaging, labeling, returns, and claims activities. Create regular reports on returns volume, claims resolution, and packaging effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure all packaging and labeling activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies. Stay up-to-date with any changes in packaging or labeling requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
