Positive culture. I enjoy working here because I am always learning new things & the team culture is positively challenging. Trust me, you want to work in this ambiance. To me, OpenSense labs is not just a great place to work, but also a place where you can expect excitement beyond the office walls as well. We had a badminton tournament and also went for offsite lunch. It all was super fun and memorable.

I think what matters the most at OpenSense Labs is the motivational push they provide to you to run that one extra mile. Here, everyone is treated and respected as equals. The company culture is nice and the employees are friendly. The lunchroom holds a lot of memories for me. We celebrated my birthday here which is a lifetime memory to adore. Not just that, playing TableTennis with friends, eating together, and having evening tea there, add a lot to my list of cherished moments.

Work from home policy has been a big help. Last year, after an acute Lumbar sprain, I was prohibited from sitting long hours in the same position. I worked remotely for a few months, which was a significant relief. People Operations supported me in my tough times. I am thankful for the team culture & policies at OpenSense Labs.
