Role & responsibilities

Retail Store Design

• Visit store locations and assess the site.
• Plan the store layout and furniture placement.
• Optimize displays, product visibility and storage capacity.
• Prepare technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure the design follows brand guidelines.

Project Execution

• Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), listing the materials and quantities required.
• Monitor civil, interior and electrical/mechanical/plumbing work.
• Coordinate site execution and check construction quality.
• Ensure the store is completed within the approved design specifications and timelines.
• Travel frequently to store project sites.

Must Have

• AutoCAD: Essential for technical drawings and store layouts.
• SketchUp: For 3D store design and visualization.
• CorelDRAW
• MS Office
