We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Development Head to lead the EVA footwear department at Oofoam Footwears Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, design, and development aligned with market trends and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development initiatives for EVA-based footwear, ensuring alignment with latest market trends and technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, production, QA, supply chain) to deliver innovative products within timelines and budgets. Apply expertise in materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles to develop durable and market-ready products. Create, review, and optimize product designs using Crispin 2D, manual pattern making, and graphic design. Identify and resolve product defects while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency. Conduct market research and analyze sales data for trend forecasting and product planning. Present collections to buyers/clients and strengthen customer relationships. Manage supply chain/vendor coordination and oversee product commercialization processes. Inspire innovation within the team while improving efficiency in product design and development cycles.
