Don't purchase their extended warranty, its a scam. I purchased once for the printer i bought, after a year the printer head is malfunctioning, now they're like we don't cover printer head comes under accessories. Such kind of tricks they play with customer.

Worst customer service, item buying time they are promise to me about warranty, specially I pay to additional warranty package. but warranty Period I cannot claim. they don’t have responsibility. Waste of time, waste of money. very bad experience for me.
