Service is very disappointing. Behaved rudely. Service centre available from 11 to 7pm as per board instructions. Still at 6pm they refused to give any service.

I visited the store to get my neckband wireless bullet bass edition repair but they told it will not repair, whats the use to get such headphones if they are not getting repaired in their own repair centre.... i will never recommend those neckband to my friends and family.
