For adhaar card: There is queue system as any other place.. wait for your turn and work will be done.. on weekends waiting time can be as long as 2 hours, if you come after 10. Also, they DO NOT MAKE new adhaar card.! Only Aadhaar update requests are handled here.

The security at Bangalore one at Aadhar Centre is not polite and they don't follow any COVID protocol.Every day new rules are in place that is not even mandated by the Govt. They act as if they are govt.employee.

Very unhelpful, lazy and arrogant staff. It seems they are doing a favour to you by doing their job. One has to request them several times to get things done. Also rarely you will find them seated on their desks during office hours.
