Appointment was at 2pm, no staff was at the kiosk. At 2.20pm person arrived issued form and vanished. When enquirer they mentioned he has gone for lunch and returned only at 2.45pm. What is purpose of issuing token and appointment. Timing of public visiting the kiosk should be valued.

Went on a weekday at around 12. Filled the application and got the tokens immediately. They had 2 counters and the process was completed within an hour. They were very helpful in answering any queries and very professional.

Walked in at around 10 am on a Wednesday, to add mobile no on aadhar. It was easy to navigate inside the office, even though I spoke hindi and english. Me and my dad's addition of number was done in less than 15 min. Pls wear mask, carry money in cash. 75 per person for mob no addition
