Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Guwahati. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks will include customer outreach, product promotion, training sales staff, and overseeing sales targets and performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide effective Training to sales staff Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in wholesale or distribution industry is a plus
