NO.WORK DESCRIPTION1Attending Customer inquiries, generating Quotation, Sales Order , Delivery Instruction, PURCHASE ORDER & Solving Customer Queries2Assisting Business Development Team - with checking of Client database and maintaining the confidentiality3Making Different types of MISs, analysis of Reports, Highlishting important changes or updates in Sales or Team development - to the Management4Coordination with Vendors to get accurate rates ofproducts for the orgnisation5Sharing Purchase rates with Business Team6Offering competitive & accurate quotation to customer7Follow up with Clients & vendors for Purchase Order, Delivery Status8Follow up with logistic team for dispatching material at site, on time.9Sending reminder letter to clients for recovery of payment10Follow up with customer for recovery of payments11Ensuring Client ledgers are received by Business Executives and analysis of those ledgers12Reporting daily delivery status to business team13Handling disputes related to short payment, late payment, rate difference, etc.14Submitting internal memo in case of genuine payment deductions.15Assessment will be done by business executive & business head on completion of every quarter.
