Position: Legal Associate Mortgage / Home Loan Documentation Company: One Legal Partners Locations: Nashik & Nagpur, Maharashtra Experience: 1–3 years | Full-time | On-site Job Summary Handle title search, legal opinion and property verification for home-loan/mortgage cases; support the senior legal team; ensure statutory compliance and TAT. Key Responsibilities Conduct title search & document verification for mortgage/home-loan files Prepare detailed TSRs & Legal Opinions Coordinate with banks/NBFCs, Sub-Registrar Offices and internal teams Ensure compliance with the Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act & Stamp Act Maintain documentation quality and adhere to client SLAs Required Skills Understanding of property & mortgage laws Strong drafting, analysis & communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, IGR/GRAS and land-record portals Attention to detail; deadline-oriented Education: LL.B. / B.L.
