Job Description At OnDevice Solutions, we are looking for an Admin & Facilities Associate to perform a variety of administrative and facilities job tasks for a temporary role of 4 Months. Skills Required: Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing Analytical, problem-solving skills & a Team Player Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture Time management Prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload Basic knowledge of Ms Office Roles & Responsibilities: Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including housekeeping, maintenance and security Supporting delivery of assets where required, in partnering with Org. IT teams Ensuring that basic facilities are available all the time Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments and maintain, repairing and replacing the office equipment when necessary Helping businesses to relocate to new offices, involves travelling withing city Partnering with HR Teams for organisational level events (Event Management) Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings in coordination with finance team when necessary Regular feedback and corrective action against feedback (Internal & External Customers) Qualification & Experience: Any Graduation or Equivalent Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in the domain and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have: 2-Wheeler Valid Driving Licence Basic Understanding of Excel Willing to Work from Office Only
