The ideal candidate should have worked in Medical, Radiation, or Surgical Oncology and should have a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. Shift Timing ⏱️ U.S. Shifts Key Responsibilities Handle Oncology claims related to Medical, Radiation, Surgical Oncology & Urology Perform EVBV (Eligibility, Verification & Benefits) Manage Prior Authorizations for Oncology treatments and procedures Conduct AR follow-up with insurance companies Process and resolve billing denials related to Oncology Prioritize accounts to achieve daily and weekly targets Coordinate with clinical and internal teams for clarification Ensure accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity and quality performance Ensure timely claim submission and follow-up Stay updated on Oncology billing and coding changes
