Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, promoting the OncoDisha platform, driving subscription sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will also support the training of users to maximize the app's benefits and collaborate with the management team to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Capability to assist in training and onboarding clients or users Proficiency in digital tools and remote collaboration A passion for healthcare and supporting individuals in their care journey is a plus Self-motivated and able to meet targets independently We are looking for someone who empathises with their customer and does not force a sale.
