Onboarding Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Visit local stands, parking areas, fuel stations, and driver hubs to connect with potential Rapido captains. Pitch the benefits of joining Rapido to drivers (e-rickshaw, auto, cab, and two-wheeler riders). Assist them in downloading the Rapido Captain app, completing the signup process, and uploading required documents. Guide and support the captains to complete their activation on the app. Ensure quality onboarding by verifying details and providing initial operational support. Maintain daily reports of outreach, signups, and activations. Requirements:12th pass or graduate; field sales experience preferred. Comfortable with using Android smartphones and basic apps. Good communication and persuasion skills in Hindi/local language. Willingness to travel locally across designated areas. Target-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
